1. Planning Permission Letter
Copy of Approval Letter of Planning Change Permission (KM)
The latest Building Materials used for Kindergarten/Nursery/Nursery/Care Center. (Except for special sites/buildings for Kindergartens/Nurseries/Care Centers ).
2. Letter of Reference
Reference letter from the relevant department
i. Department of Social Welfare for Nursery / Nursery applications / Care Center / Center for the Elderly / Center for the Disabled
ii. Department of Education for Kindergarten / Tuition Center applications / Mind Development Center
iii. Department of Islamic Religion for Taski / Islamic Kindergarten applications
3. Traffic Congestion
i. Employers are required to ensure that the parent's vehicle is not placed in front of the neighbor's house and blocking the path out/in nearby neighbors.
i. Employers are required to set a certain period of time student drop-off/pick-up to avoid overcrowding traffic and inform students' parents of the appropriate regulations that need to be paid attention to at the moment dropping off and picking up students.
4. Noise
Entrepreneurs are required to always ensure the activities carried out do not cause disturbance (noise) to nearby neighbors by providing air-conditioned closed rooms/spaces.
5. Safety of Students/ Nearby Neighbors
i. Employers are required to always ensure the safety of students taken care of. Students are not allowed to roam in the surrounding area unsupervised by teachers/parents of students.
ii. Entrepreneurs are required to inform parents so that they can cooperate by not speeding in the area to ensure the safety of nearby neighbors, especially children who play in front of the house.
6. Prohibition of Parking Vehicles on the Side of the Road
Ensure that parents do not park vehicles on the side of the driveway if there are certain activities and encouraged activities such as 'Parent's Day' be made in other places that are more appropriate.
7. Number of Students and Teachers
The number of students and teachers allowed is based on stipulations in the Council's Planning Permission.
8. Preparation of the Flag Pole
Submit a photocopy of three (3 units) flagpoles according to Majlis specification by flying the flag of Malaysia, State Selangor and MBSA
9. Provision of Address Signs
Submit a photocopy of the inside address sign in Rumi and Jawi writing according to the specifications set by the Council and a sign permit must be obtained first before putting up the sign.
10. Imposition of New Rates for TNB, SYABAS and Assessment Tax
The imposition of electricity, water and assessment tax rates for the approval of this conversion is based on the rates for commercial development set by Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Syarikat Belakan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd and MBSA. The applicant is required to coordinate this matter with the Department. A copy of the application letter / notification to the relevant agency must be submitted after the Planning Permission is issued.
11. Letter of Approval / Support and Complying with Fire Department Guidelines
i) Submit a letter of approval / support from the Department Selangor State Fire and Rescue Service.
ii) Comply with the stipulated fire safety Guidelines of the Fire and Rescue Department as follows:-
a) All activities are only allowed on the ground floor
b) Cooking activities should be separated
c) Premises evacuation training must be held at least once a year
d) Sufficient dry dust type fire extinguishers
e) Lamps.
12. Additional Plans and Building Amendments
Submit a copy of the approval letter from the Fire Department and Rescuers, Selangor State and Building Department, MBSA for additional proposals and building amendments made. (if available building additions and alterations)
