1. Approval of planning permission


Submitting an application for planning permission to change the material use of the building from an office shop to a budget hotel.


2. Car Parking Lot


Rent 5 parking spaces from the Council for the convenience of visitors. Please refer to the Council's Collection & Revenue Division for the purpose of the rental.


3. Amended Supplemental Plan


Entrepreneurs are required to immediately submit additional plans and building amendments to the Council for approval by complying with the following conditions:-


i. Emergency Stairs

The emergency staircase structure (as required by the Fire Department) must be located within the boundary of the premises lot (it is not allowed to be erected on the reserve of the back alley)


ii. Surau

Provide surau facilities for male and female use separately with a size of 10' x 10' and an additional 4' x 2' for ablution space.


iii. Fire Support

Submit a letter of approval / support from the Selangor State Fire and Rescue Service Department.


4. Ventilation


Have 10% natural ventilation openings based on floor area or provide mechanical ventilation.


5. Trash Can


Provide trash cans and trash disposal in accordance with Council regulations.


6. Signs


Providing address signs in Romani and Jawi script according to the specifications set by the Council.


7. Disturbance


Ensure that the activities that will be carried out later do not cause disturbance to the surrounding residents. Applicants also need to keep the site clean and ensure that the activities carried out will be free from illegal activities.


8. Unauthorized Activities


Activities that violate license approval conditions such as massage and the like are not allowed at all.
