Special Terms of Application for Vehicle Accessories Center City Council Shah Alam
1. Operation
This activity is allowed to operate in shop/office premises and shops/apartments except in the city center (Section 14).
2. Permitted Activities
The type that does not involve engine and tire service:
- Tinted
- Lights
- Mirror
- Audio system
- Steering wheel
- Wiper
- Additional accessories
- Spoilers / wings
- Air conditioning system
- Battery
Allowed activities include selling motorcycles and allowing light service work (minor service) only and operations must be carried out inside the premises building.
3. Location
Premises are allowed in the center lot or side lot.
4. Rental of Parking Spaces
Rental of only two (2) parking spaces in front of the relevant premises is allowed. For the rental of a parking space in the back alley, only 2 spaces are allowed according to suitability.
5. Ramp
Adhere to the following ramp specifications:-
i. The ramp provided should be of a portable type (which can be lifted and moved if the activity is not operating on that day).
ii. The ramp material should be of strong iron type with a flat surface that is not slippery and brightly colored to distinguish it from pedestrians.
iii. Does not prevent the flow of surface water to the ditch.
iv. The allowed ramp slope is 1:5.
v. For the provision of a ramp/'ramp' in the back lane, the position depends on the height of the shop floor with the ground level.
6. Pedestrian Walker Available
No modifications are allowed on the original walker. No activity or equipment is allowed to be used/placed on the pedestrian walker.
7. Related Equipment
No equipment is allowed to be placed outside the boundary of the premises lot.
8. Trash Can
Provide a trash can (240 liters) with a perfect cover and always control cleanliness of the area.
9. Obstacles on the Sidewalk
It is not allowed to place any obstacles or equipment on the sidewalk that may obstruct the public path.
10. 'Island' available in the Parking area
The 'Island' in the parking area provided by the original developer cannot be broken or moved.
